Up and down

Today I got a 2000$ profit, from my initial 100$ in the morning. However I had to leave the computer for 8 hours. I closed and took the profits, but opened a buy order. The buy order was hit, and immediately after that it's stop loss. I lost 1700$... And now that I'm home, I see that my take profit level has been hit, it just visited my stop loss first. I'm back at the beginning with 80$ atm, after a bad trade a sec ago. Hoping for silvers price to save me again from my doom.

There is a lesson to be learnt here. Plan stop losses carefully or don't leave your orders unmonitored. I would be around 4000$ richer now, if I would have been monitoring the orders.

Edit: So I lost everything, because I didn't have enough to support my position. Gonna deposit 500$ to account and try again

Edit2: Fuck this. I lost everything again for silver. It always does to opposite to what I except it to do. You should look what I do, then do the opposite and become rich. I'm 800$ down right now. Will continue using another broker, with no silver on it's line. It uses euros, and I'm starting with 400e after a while.

Progress

Just when I thought I got the hang of range trading, it backstabbed me. During the last hour, I lost like 150e of my initial 300e starting capital of today. Same thing happened with silver and gold. I'm ditching the below 30min charts...

Blog started

I've decided to make a blog about my forex career. I heard and started learning about Forex a week ago. I started trading with real money yesterday. So far I have lost 150 euros. I can't find the right entry points really well just yet. I've made a few good trades, but still learning.
